set in the heart of the Algarve and is in an ideal location from which to travel
to all parts of the region. This spacious villa has a large roof terrace
with spectacular views to the best beaches in the Algarve (Armona and Farol).
The garden has orange, tangerine, fig and almond trees, a splash pool/Jacuzzi
and there is also an enormous terrace with barbeque under the shade of a large
carob tree.

The Location ...
Casa Antiga is located on the outskirts of Pechão, a typical Algarvian village, and is 4 miles from Faro and 1 mile from Olhão. There are cafes, restaurants, shops, post office and several mini markets where you can buy just about everything. The villa is a convenient base for exploring the whole of the Algarve and is only one mile from the best and quietest beaches. Many world famous golf courses are within easy driving distance.
1 mile from Olhão the nearest major town, which is a very Portuguese bustling fishing town as yet unspoilt by tourists. It also has amongst the best shopping in the region and a famous daily market selling fresh fish and vegetables.

villages. Set amongst rich agricultural land and with bountiful produce of the
sea so prevalent in local dishes, this is a gourmet's delight.
